I had the mother of all sheds at one year mark on finasteride and ever since, I've had sebum plugs on my hairs and scalp irritation. It's been 1 year and 8 months now and I'm thinking finasteride is just not working on me and actually messed my hormones up causing reflex and seb dermatitis.
Anyone know if dutasteride helps out the sebum issue on the scalp?
