Does Dutasteride interfere with natural oil production? Type-1 5AR is in the oil gland, does inhibiting type-1 5AR also inhibit natural oil production?
Sure too much sebum is not good, but natural oil is important for healthy hair growth as well. Does this explain why dutasteride might be worse than finasteride for some people?
