DOes anyone's scalp ache Phantom Pain?

no, i had it too, went away after starting propecia

Yes I had that too and it started when I was about a year into Propecia and it seemed to coincide with when my crown area was thinning. It went away when I started to apply 2% spironolactone in the crown area once/day at night.
