Does Anyone See Changes After 4 Weeks?

About 2 months ago (first days of July) I noticed my hair loss was obvious in my crown with a bald spot and after searching on internet I started taking finasteride and minoxidil 4 weeks ago. Does anyone see changes in my crown after 4 weeks on this regimen?

Sorry the first pic doesn't have a good quality and the light situation is different but I didn't find another pic. The second pic just a few days after starting taking finasteride and I took last two pictures today. Also I had a haircut a few days ago.

Similar to what mine did. Good improvement. Add nizoral 2% twice a week too.

No nothing, but I had a massive shedding in the second month. I totally lost my hope in that time because the half of my scalp became almost bald.
