Does Anyone Here Know If I Can Take finasteride When Having Hashimotos Thyroiditis In Passive State?

Basically i have hashimoto's thyroiditis in passive state, meaning the condtion is underlying and yet doesnt affect my hormonal production, only thyroid peroxidase is higher than normal indicating the ilness, however i wonder if i start taking finasteride, it can break this very fragile balance and my hormone levels will be messed up.
