Does anybody take L-Lysine?

I heard that it makes thin hair look real good and healthy. I wonder if it's been proven to help counter androgenic alopecia?

Can't really say it has any effect on the hair that I'm aware of.

There is not so much as one iota of scientific evidence for any effect of lysine on male pattern baldness, other than a claim made on someone's Web site. I think the idea is ridiculous.

I've been taking it and my hair seems to look healthier with much better texture. I'll hopefully be able to report back in a month if I feel that my hair appears thicker.
