If you have any natural hair at all, it's possible, but I can't think why you would want to take this route. It is only a solution for the back and sides (where you still have your own hair): you would still be dependent on tape or glue for the important bit, which is the hairline. You can achieve exactly the same effect as clips if you just use a couple of strips of light-hold daily-wear hairpiece tape on the back and sides of your piece, and that way you don't have the possible problem of traction alopecia, the detectable feel of the clips, and the worry that they may set off security devices in airports etc.
