does a hair transplant work for a diffuse thinner???

hey this is my first post here basically ive been thinning for around two years since i was 22 i am a diffuse thinner and my shedding has slowed down over the last few months , i have quite a thin crown and the top generally is thin but with concealers i can cover it up and style as normal but it lacks density , i al so have very early signs of receeding , basically what i was wanting to know is do hair transplants work for diffuse thinners? ive tried regaine and nioxin , among with a few other things that just arnt for me becsuse they just dont work , if anything for the 9 months i was on 5% regaine i just lost more hair , so i came of it now just stick to concealer ,thanks for reading
