dodgy finpecia packaging - help needed

recieved my finpecia from united pharmacies today, first of all, the pills look tiny but whatever ive never seen any before.

but the thing is, on the front theyve blcked out some part of the packaging which is making me very suspicious.

theres a printed bit on the side of the foil package that says:

M.L.611
B NO.X75222
MFD.JUN.07
EXP. MAY 1O
MR.P.Rs *BLACKED OUT*
10 TABS (INCL.
OF ALL TAXES)

can anyone tell me
a) what MR.P.Rs means
and
b) why theyve blacked it out on the packaging?

im worried about this and dont want to start taking them until i know why that information has been hidden like that.

Hey, I lived in India, so I know this..

MR.P.Rs means how much shops can sell the item for. So the consumer dosnt get screwed in India, Im pretty sure they blacked it out, so you cant see how cheap it actully is. The normal price is around 0.7 $ for ten finpecia pills.
