Do You Think This Is Salvageable? Best Options?

Hi,

Been losing hair for a long time but last three months have been going through a really bad time emotionally, lost a lot of weight and it feels like my hair has accelerated its thinning.

My diet has been incredibly bad coupled with drinking, smoking and other stuff.

Im ready to turn my life around completely but am so weighed down seeing how bad my hair is now.

Ive considered finasteride, but i cant bite the bullet yet. My question is do you think where my hairs at now can recover at least a little with minoxidil and maybe prp. Im hoping to go down the hair transplant option soon once i see some kind of slow down.

finasteride if you are serious about your hair. minoxidil wont do sh*t and no other shampoo will either at stopping your hair loss. Do not read too many finasteride horror stories. There are some real out there, but once I found out that the majority scare mongering posts were tracked back to slick bald 40y olds who were jealous of others, I did not care that much. Would I recommend you finasteride? Yes. Salvagable? Hell yes. Good luck
