So I have shifted taking finasteride in the evening to morning! It seems like it working good now! As I no more have acne. That's surprising and as I had to switch, I didn't use finasteride for almost 4 days and now it has been almost 10 days on morning shift and I am losing lot of thin hair! I guess finasteride is now working for me! I just want to get sure if am receding or not

Looks like recession to me, ask a dermatologist to be sure.

In any case recession alone doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things.

You certainly have some terminal hairs degenerated into vellus hair, which is a sign of the hairmageddon to come. I would advice you to slather 5% Rogaine Foam on your temples before resorting to finasteride to preserve strength of chram
