Do you really need more than 1ml Minoxidil?

I'm one month into my journey of minoxidil + finasteride.

At the start I was using 5 pumps (1ml) of 5% spray now I have bumped it up to 6 pumps (1.2ml) twice a day

Thing is, I feel like I am getting adequate coverage but maybe I'm not?

I've seen a dozen posts here where posters seem to agree that 2ml twice a day is ideal for diffuse thinners. Is this true?
I do 2 pumps at the crown
2 pumps at the middle
2 pumps at the front which I massage to the hairline as well



I just really want to make sure I am doing this with the best chance of a good outcome

I just use 1ml everyday all over the top and works fine.
More than 1ml is for guys with long hair
