You don't have very coarse hair characteristics. Your beard hair and sideburns are not very thick and coarse either. Its going to look like that if it is short. You may also have natural low density too. I have naturally low density with fine hair so its not going to look great super short.

True i am naturally low on density and fine..i heard my uncle say that i have lost my hair when i was literally 12 years old...can i somehow increase density without minoxidil?

You can't change your genetics of natural low density. You can only use hair thickening products and shampoos to give the illusion it's thicker. Just be happy you have full coverage.
