I'm not up to date on chronic inflammation and hairloss but I came across this study today showing decreased levels of these when using a specially formulated cream containing a certain ratio of cholesterol, free fatty acids, and ceramides. A quick search looks like creams are available with this ratio. Would decreasing levels of these have a benefit to hair?

I also came across this hypothetical model mentioning IL-1 and TNA along with other possible factors involved with AA.

Anyone more knowledgeable than me have some insight?
