Do minoxidil injections on the scalp work?

I don't know why but it occurred to me that someone could inject min into their scalp. Assuming they only went a mm deep, it wouldn't be much different from applying after dermarolling right? If moderate systemic absorption isn't a concern, could this be more effect than topical application?

Could partial oral ingestion work? Like once a week the rest topical?

That I am not sure about. Oral has a 4 hour half life, topical is 22 hours. My concern would be shedding, since the dose would not be consistent. Better off going with 2.5mg a day and see how you handle that.

BTW injections would likely have the strongest side effects.
