Its fair to assume that there is no connection but consider ejaculation does burn off testosterone converting to DHT or something like that.

I think the question here is does excessive ejaculation create excessive levels of DHT and are some men's hair follicles less susceptible to the effects of DHT.

But their baldness could also do smth with their nutrition. Buddhists are vegetarians, and hairs need lots of protein which you can't get enough from fruits and vegetables.
