do i have scalp inflamation?

its bumpy , it hurts when i press it and everytime i shave my head theres so much white dandruff? but its not red so can it still be an inflamed scalp?

i used nizoral and apple cider vineger but nothing

yes at times mostly if i dont wash it for a day or more

Inflammation does not always need to be red. If it itches and has pain, it's pretty much guaranteed inflammation.
