Do I have male pattern baldness?

So I've been to my GP a few times and they can't really confirm if I have male pattern baldness....I don't think I have the typical male pattern baldness shape, however I feel the front of my hair is becoming wispy? I've added pictures, any feedback would be appreciated. My friend tells me the lighting makes things look a lot worse, but here goes....

You can get it from the pharmacist here n the UK......so is it worth the money to see a specialist?

You can get finasteride prescribed for free? You can't in the UK, for male pattern baldness it's classed as cosmetic, so is out of the NHS' remit. I can go to a private pharmacist and pay for it though....
