I eat 4 big bowls of oats each day.
If I splurge, I'll get a bean and rice and cheese and salad burito on campus (very tasty).
I eat bananas, and occationally other fruits.
And I eat frozen orange and grape juice.
Is that enough carb variety?
Most packaged foods have crap in them, and rice and pasta take too long to cook. I could add bread to my diet. Any other ideas? Oats have 16% protein, so very appealing. And very complete too.
Maybe I can eat rice chex or something. Not sure if it is necessary though.
