Looks like male pattern baldness with a mild case of senile alopecia. If there's no miniaturization on the back and sides then it's male pattern baldness combined with diffuse telogen hair loss, which would be a much better prognosis.

if you want to know for certain, when you buzz it you will see patchy areas where the sides, and back are thick while top is lighter in color and density...

The back is definitely a lot thicker than the rest of my hair. I do have thin sides though. In one of the pictures the back of my hair is parted because of wearing a sweat cap all day which I should've mentioned so it doesn't normally look like that. I'm guessing if it's senile alopecia I'm screwed for hair transplant
Senile alopecia rules out a hair transplant. The good thing is that it's exceedingly rare to have it at your age. The most likely cause of your thinning on the sides and back is some sort of deficiency or hormone imbalance. Have you had a thyroid test recently?

I've had a thyroid test and it came back normal. Several hair transplant doctors have told me I have nice thick hair in the back but it definitely doesn't look like that from some angles.
If the hair in the back isn't thinning, it's not DUPA.

who said hair in the back needs to thin to be DUPA.

DUPA is not patterned hair loss, and can happen all over

Dude...... its diffusing and a form of DUPA. it has nothing to do with your part.

only reason it looks thicker in certain photos is because like you said you have good hair characteristics, and part it in a way that flatters your hair

Horse shoe pattern... you have your answer.

perhaps a backdoor hack might tell you he could operate on you tomorrow, but any reputable surgeon would give you advice thats in the best of your interest.

I would consult with someone who has an established background. These guys are so busy that they will turn you down if they think you are indeed not a good candidate. Avoid these no-names... and stick to the staple of recommended surgeons on these forums, and you should be fine.
