Do I have a better chance with finasteride if my hairloss is moderate?

I started loosing my hair about a decade ago and now at 28 my hair still looks decent with no temple recession but unfortunately it reached the point where I notice a lack of density more pronounced at the front and center part of my head.
I fear if I don't start doing something about it now It'll be quite noticeable in 2 years or so. So considering this do I have a better chance?

Yes. You can also start minoxidil 5% liquid in combination with it, which will give you the maximum regrowth possible. If you are satisfied with maintaining alone though, I would only use finasteride.
