Do Hair Loss Meds Just Slow Down Hair Loss?

I have not done any vast research, but I am under the impression that all medications do is slow hair loss a bit. Do finasteride and Min regrow any?

Yes, if you are lucky.

If you're diffusing it can thicken the existing hair and regrow some.Of you just have a receding hairline it can slow it down.

As a general answer, yes. For most responders the best case is to slow it down, sometimes more effectively, sometimes less effectively.
