Do derma rollers help stimulate hair regrowth by themselves?

do they stimulate hair regrowth? i hear they stimulate blood flow.

Unless you're using a nice long/deep one that causes "injury"...I doubt they do much on their own. Awhile back many were using the longer ones..some even using lancets or ? to jab their scalps with. I don't think it did much good though :dunno:

My initial answer is no. No use by themselves.

I'm using it with spectral nanoxidil to provide extra absorption into the skin.
