Just curious if it's just women who can or do guys do as well. Also, what type of hair loss do you have, or are you all male pattern baldness?

agreed, prior to finasteride it was HORRRRRIBLLEEE, brushing my hair would almost bring me to tears it was so bad. After finasteride i dont feel anything, and my scalp is more elastic, its awesome.

i experience scalp pain in my crown.

some days it is worse than others.

i am on dutasteride and I have never noticed a decrease in scalp pain from being on a 5-a reductase inhibitor.

I believe that sugars and starches contribute to the problem.. i try not to eat too much of them.

I think that T-Gel helps a little with the pain, you might want to try that.

When I was on topical minoxidil and other topicals, my scalp was inflammed with a lot of pain and irritation. Now a days I do not use anything on my scalp to keep it as healthy as I can.
