DIY Minoxidil + Azelaic Acid w/ Glycerin/Glycerol

I'm trying to recreate a 5% Minoxidil + 5% Azelaic Acid liquid with glycerol instead of propylene glycol which I am allergic to. I have used MinoxidilMax and Xandrox when they were available. I was wondering if anyone knows a similar formula. I want to make them up myself or have a compounding pharmacy do it.

If no one knows I'll probably start with 60 vol% Ethanol, 20 vol% water, 20 vol% glycerol.
