Been using the stuff since 2013 and had a year or two where I was using it every single day. I like how it makes my scalp feel but it just destroys the look of my hair for 24 hours after using it and you can tell it's harsh stuff. I really don't think it does much for hair loss or regrowth either from my experience.

Biggest problem is I've had dandruff my entire life so using nizoral took it away for the first time ever. Anyone know of a good alternative? I'm looking at T-gel right now but would consider anything that isn't harsh like nizoral.

I use t-gel, helps with dandruff etc still dries your hair out a bit but not as bad as nizoral, just use a decent conditioner afterwards.

I'm back to using the standard Dove shampoo, never touching that stuff (nizoral) again -- it gave me such a nasty chemical burn that it took 2 weeks to heal and I agree that ketoconazole fries the hair

What is T-Gel exactly?
