dissolving proscar

what are my options if i wanted to dissolve proscar?
i tried water and propyline glycol (as one suggested here on the site) but neither did work.

any other suggestions beside alcohol

DMSO and ethanol works.

DMSO:
Dimethyl sulfoxide http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyl_sulfoxide

so DMSO and ethanol are safe for daily consumption (0.5g/day). I will check with the pharmacist if i can get it
