disappointed in propecia HELPME

Hi guys

well i have been taking propecia for exactly a month on 1mg and the side effects have really kicked in :

Decreased sex drive only get the urge to masturbate like after 4-5 days and when i do i have to "force" myself to get in the mood.

i dont feel anything when i ejaculate LITERALLY nothing .. and my penis only pumps once when i ejaculate before it use to pump like 3-4 times..

my semen has reduced so much that its actually scary its not watery like some people say its still thick but VERY VERY less of it.

Decreased sensation on my penis as well it feels like a rubber i dont feel anything when i stroke it.

my flaccid penis has gone smaller then before and always "turtles" up.

Also my nipples have gone pointy sticks out from t shirts more then it use to.


I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO GO OF PROPECIA

its the only hope i have left so i have come to a conclusion that i should take 0.5mg of propecia by spliting the 1mg tablet up.

what are your thoughts on taking 0.5mg ? anyone here take 0.5mg

i think every ones body is different like maybe a 6ft2 guy can handle 1mg but a 5ft9 guy can only handle 0.5mg i dont know just need to know what to do as i really do not want to go bald

Sorry to hear you are facing these side effects after one month. If these continue, I'd suggest you go on alternative treatments that has good feedback rates from members such as RU or jump on the experimental Setipiprant.

I read online that finestride stays in your system for 72 hours after you take 1 dosage
i was thinking of taking
monday - 0.5mg
tuesday - 0.25mg
wednessday - 0.5mg
Thursday - 0.25mg
friday - 0.5mg
saturday - 0.25mg
sunday - 0.5mg

what are your opinions on that?

Hey are u stressed/worried man,if yes,you need anti anxiety drug...you should consult this with Doctor because its better to be free sooner than piling up the problems.

Finasterade was a similar experience for me. It still gave me sides taking it every third night only. But they cleared up within days of discontinuing use. I use RU58841 now which works without these side effects.

hi and no im not stressed or worried well im worried about the sides that im getting but if you mean if i was stressed before to taking propecia i would say no lol

i say get off propecia for a month.. start eating healthier, exercising regularly and get back on at the regimen you suggested. Im not too sure but i am the one who originally posted that regimen, .5 one day and .25 the other and so on... it seems to be maintaining for me but i have yet to see regrowth

I take 1mg a day, I still get good erections when with a girl the only thing is the orgasm seems slightly less intense but not enough to not enjoy it or abandon taking it.

The only side I feel is that once I do the deed it'll take me some time to charge up again, before finasteride I was able to have sex 2 or 3 times in the span of a couple hours... erections are still great and I still crave woman.. but I tend to take a day off whenever I feel like things aren't completely right

Thays messed up man surely its not worth all them sides,that would scare the **** out of me i say come off it,id rather be bald than have them sides that will just get worse i bet.

Yep if you are one of the 1% who get bad sides then it's probably better to look elsewhere.

Hey dude believe me alot more people do not get sides from propecia.. a study recently came out where they found thay at any given time 1 000 000 people are taking BRAND NAME propecia(discounting all those who take generics and believe me there arenalot) out o the million only 12500 got adverse events 1.25%. Propecia isn't as bad as the Internet makes it out to be. But for those who do get sides should seriously consider an alternate route
