Would an admin be so kind and delete/disable my account? I'm not sure how exactly to ask for this.

aggressive hair loss for sure i would start taking finasteride asap and add minoexedeliume cream asap
If you can't just stop coming here do the salted earth method: create a new email account with a random password and switch to that one in your account settings, then change your password to a long random string of text you'll never remember. Delete anything related to those passwords.
Can't log in here and can't recover as you can't log in to the new email account.
