It increases good estrogen while decreasing bad estrogen. Basically it does a portion of what spironolactone does internally. I am trying to locate a study I read about a month back on the effects of bad estrogens on hair cycles.

This would be really interesting for me. I didn't know that there is good and bad estrogen. I always though estrogen is always bad. Hey I'm a man - what do I need estrogen for?
