DIM and finasteride

Right I've been on finasteride for just over three months. After an initial telogen effluvium that wiped out most of my head hairs it seems that I have made a comeback slightly better than baseline. I started on 0.5mg and experienced sides that I wasn't comfortable with. After one month I went down to 0.25mg and the sides are still there but tolerable. My hair seems to be improving day by day and I want to stay on my regime. I have been on min for over three years, nizoral for 9 months and have just started spironolactone to counter the excess T in my scalp. I would like to try DIM to cancel out the estriadol and in effect reduce all sides but I've heard that DIM interferes with stopping the formation of DHT. Is this true? Bryan, anyone.

According to the link below, Aromatase blockers such as DIM and Chrysin can reduce estrogen levels and enhance testosterone levels.

If you have high T, Aromatase inhibitors such as DIM, I3C, and Chrysin should be avoided, as they will enhance any preexisting androgen/estrogen dominance.
