diffuse thinning

hey guys, im 22 this yr and had a sudden experiencing of diffus thinning of hair on my upper left side of the head(near the temple) and in the middle of the head, it s not very obvious but was much obvious than a month ago.... however i could see the upper right side of my head has very thick hairs and my vertex seems normal .... its only diffusing in the middle and middle left of my head .... wat type of lhair loss could i be facing? im not sheeding alot of hairs, less than 50 a day i would say... anyone can enlighten me? thx

hey man the same thing happened to me, just except instead of my left its on my right, and its in the middle, a yr of propecia seems to have done 0, just strted minoxidil a month ago and just ordered spironolactone
i also alternate between nizoral and head and shoulders
i suggest a buzz cut, i cut it with a 1 shaver and it looks great, never thought i would look good with short hair, always had big spikey

hey bro, it might be that ur not having male pattern baldness and only a diffuse thinner which has yet to recover from some stress factors, might not be mental stress, might be physical though we are not prone to Telogen Effluvium ( which is the temp hair loss due to stress and other medical factors)... have u seen a dermatologist? oh has they diagnos u as having male pattern baldness?
