diffuse thinning - what treatments to take?

i have diffuse thinning , im on propecia for 1 month and 2 weeks and nizoral for like 6 months , i have those little thin spots around my head with thinner hair makes it looks bald

what else can i take to help my diffuse thinning besides minoxidil?

damnn well lets see , somedays i get no sleep at all or a max of 5 hours , im always on the computer working on my clubbing promotion events so busy with that , and just got laid of work

i gotta fix my sleeping pattern quick thanks for the advice buddy

btw i have thinning temples theres still hair there but its thinning so im afraid ill recede in no time , like i said i dont want to use minoxidil , how is spironolactone cream?

dont know about spironolactone...

i use flutamide...

better check some users for info about that spironolactone...
