If you have diffuse thinning at the top of your head, should you feel like the hair is "weaker" when you run your hands through it? Sometimes when I pat the top of my head, it feels very weird and my scalp is very sensitive to the touch. Is this normal or is it possible my diffuse thinning isn't actually due to MBP?

I am a diffuse thinner and have this too. Its like a soreness type of feeling. Im pretty sure this is a sign of agressive balding genes.

well f***, is finasteride worth it
You'll get a lot of advice here.
95% of the time it's always going to be "Try the big 3" and pay attention to sides.
Or start out on the big 3 and go half dose to start with:
Half a finasteride pill
minoxidil once a day
nizoral once a week

For the longest time I had a b12 defiency and blamed it on that. I doubt it is that now lol. Are the sides permanent though or are they all reversible?

Again, you will get a variety of answers. From my own experience, yes they are reversible.
