Same or slight improvement imo. It's early still but it may have stopped or slowed down for the moment.

no real regime as of yet, just take toco 8 and revita and nizoral

I had prescription topical for my inflamed scalp which may have caused hairloss

i am yet to see a doctor again

Yeh i am similair in that I have diffuse thinning, not really sure what to do I dont really want to go on finasteride, minoxidil is hard to apply to the whole head, nizoral makes my hair dry.

Whats toco 8?

i dont mind my hairine, its a bit thin thats it

toco 8 is a product containing toco vitamin e's, its been recorded to thicken hair in 5 months on a little study. Im trying it ATM

If i get digonosed with male pattern baldness i will hit kirkland minoxodil,

But im scared of the puffy face etc

my theory

July last year, : chemical hair perm (looked cool)

Broke my colarbone (stress)

When colarbone got better, lifted weights 3 times a week, masturbation everyday,

Diffuse pattern because hairloss hasnt started yet but all those follicles are sensitive to dht.

Took protein shake with creatine in it

Just need regrowth now :)

And the girl that loves me loves my hair haha

OKAYY!! just as i thought my hair was getting better, I soaked my hair and combed it back, in the bathroom mirror the horseshoe pattern was clearly outlined!! and it looked like a massive bald crown spot!!! ((((

Then when i dried my hair it looked not too bad anymore haha, does this confirm male pattern baldness?? the mark where it hits the horseshoe is thick as hell on that whole sides and back, and on top, its evenly thinned it seems,

f*ck
