Diffuse thinning and finasteride

I have diffuse thinning (thats what the doctor said), and i want to know if finasteride is of any good?
(experiences anyone).I really need some help.

finasteride helps for it all! Now the main question is how bad is it, how long have you been losing it?Propecia/proscar can work great, no guarantees but it should at least minimally STOP the progression. You can get regrowth and may not need anything else besides that. YOU can opt to get on rogaine also, but a picture would help us to see how far along are you.
