Diffuse thinning all over......is it male pattern baldness?

i lose a huge amount of hairs everyday now. at first i thought my hairline was just receding in the front and the temples but upon further inspection theres thinning all over at the top, sides, probably back but i cant tell. my hair is very brittle and extremely thin. it gets lighter towards the bottom...almost white-ish at the tip and my hair is darkish brown. sometimes it appears to be dandruff at the end of the strands too. i think my hair is still growin in the back but very thinly. it doesnt seem like like a normal "pattern" of male pattern baldness so to speak.

Do you lose hair when you run your fingers through it or tug it?

Is your face and/or head excessively greasy?

Is your head unnaturally itchy?

If you answered yes to one or more of the above then you should probably start researching treatments. You'll feel your hair density change before you see it so that is a good indication too.
