I have had diffuse thinning for 2 years, noticeable temple recession, crown very thin. Sides also thin but not noticeable when cut short. I am under the impression I can't get a hair transplant because my donor zone is pretty thing. I am scared to try Finasteride because of sexual side effects and I have already gotten ED thats persisted for two years following accutane treatment. I have heard SMP is an option but it seems very obvious. I would be fine with going bald if I could grow a nice beard but I can't. Very sad accutane cause this all. Hair was completely fine then one day it got insanely thin, then just started slowly getting worse. Bloods been cheeked multiple times, no thyroid or iron problems. Also eyebrows thinning. what should I do?
