I am so happy to find this site. Hair lose was making me depressed and taking away all my confidence and self esteem with each bunch of hair falling daily. I am 30 and have diffuse hair lose, more on the top. So looks like in 6 month to an year, I will be Norwood 5 or 6 with few hairs left on the side and back. Been using Bosley shampoo, minoxidil, laser therapy and vitamins for about 2 year starting in December 2011. On that regime there was gradual hair lose. So finally started spironolactone cream and minoxidil twice daily with Revita shampoo every day from January 2014. Using laser comb every other day and going to add dermabration also to the regime. I exercise regularly, take multivitamins and saw palmetto. Still losing a lot of hair and may have to go for hair transplant. Again happy to be here to vent all the feeling about my hair lose and get information about new treatment.
