One important factor when using topical treatment is, of course, the penetration of the active ingredient(s).
Earlier we talked about hydration of the skin, my question now is, could a weak topical-treatment-patient
have a very non-absorbent skin? Or is the active ingredient and it's vehicle small to penetrate even the tightest
of skins?
