Finasteride (propecia) works by reducing the level of DHT in your scalp. There is much data to back this claim. Propecia is FDA approved for the treatment of male pattern baldness.

Procerin contains saw palmetto a herb which has been shown to reduce DHT in the prostate. Tthere is no evidence that this reduction is mirrored in the scalp, Procerin is not approved for the treatment of male pattern baldness.

Another way to put it is that finasteride, the active ingredient in Propecia, is one of the small handful of products proven to combat hair loss. Procerin is one of the many products proven not to combat hair loss.

Procerin is complete sh*t.

Yes it contains some saw palmetto in a capsule form. I think the regimen is two in the day two at night, or something.

Usually the herbal sh*t never works...

It might be something to use in conjunction with something FDA approved.

I suggest you use Finasteride tablets, (propecia, proscar, finpecia, fincar).

I was on procerin for a while, didnt notice anything, of course I was on it for only a month or two, but the regimen was just too much for me.
