I think we need answers as to why in some men the itch goes away when starting AAs like propecia? Why do some men never have the itch but still have male pattern baldness? So many questions and so few answers.
Anyhow I wondered this also because lately I swear my itch is getting worse, and I was strongly considering asking my Doctor for propecia next time I see him. probably would take .25mg

Yeah i was just looking at some old threads about this and a lot of people talk about either an itchy, burning or pulling sensation on the areas of the scalp where they are thinning the worst and quite a lot of people said that this stopped/reduced when taking a dht blocker, so i guess these sensations are from the inflammation caused by DHT.

We say these sensations are from male pattern baldness, but its just bro science. There is no evidence of this yet, and other things like dandruff, seb derm, and things could all cause itching or other burning sensations. Do we know its DHT? I have never seen anything showing that
The itch is so annoying though, and its getting worse lately
