Did Your Minoxidil/rogaine Dark Circles Go Away?

I used rogaine foam 5% for two days on eyebrows (have thin eyebrows due to over plucking)
and now have noticeable thin skin under eyes and dark rings around eyes.

Did this side effect go away after discontinued use?
