Did Someone Had Thinning On The Hairline And Make The Roots Stay Alive?

Did some one experince thinning throw the whole hairline as second mautre hairline process
And able to keep the thinning hair grow back to the same length insteas of shedding and dieing?seems like im in a time limit area till thay saved or die.
Some allready receded and make my hairline higher in 5 months time
