I have receding hairline and I do the most to keep my hair as most as I can without touching DHT inhibitor - I had few mental problems in the past and I know that even if I will have no physical sides, I will have mental ones so it just no option, at least for me.
so do you think there is any hope for me just with micro needling and scalp massages at least maintain what I still have?
and for other question - I now avoiding workout and build muscle just because I read it make the people how prone to balding - being bald faster, how true it is and there is something you can do against it ?
and what about protein shakes?
