This forum is dead... Who like skull crushers??? I do...

I'm in it for the long haul. :) Just be careful, over a long period skull crushers can be bad for your elbows.

I did not stop. I just think I found my methods, and will focus on them for a while. No point in posting here until I have some results or problems.

I just started working out again after a long cold winter of couch potatoing :)

Did well week 1.

Week 2, Day 1, cranked up my routine and pulled something / hurt my side doing lateral flys with some dumbells.

Gonna take a few days off :)

Happens to the best of us. :) Just getting up to speed after even a short layoff can be tough.

ya know I don't know if its a lingering injury that I'll have for a long time or what, but its feeling pretty good now after a 2 year lay off. Kinda strange, I haven't gotten too far back into weight lifting and not just to get back and lift heavy but to stay more toned and leaner so I won't lift like I did in college and shortly after... Probably cause I'm 29 now though, sadly.
