Did Anyone Reduce minoxidil Side Effects?

Hey there,

I get chest pains and sleeping disorders in low amounts of topical Minoxidil (lotion or foam doesnt matter) after using it.

Did anyone diminish the sides from talking longer or change of Lifestyle?

Since I have low blood pressure I thought of gaining additional 5 Kilo and starting Cardio 3x a week

Is there also anything I can put in the scalp that lets off the minoxidil goes systemic?

I already used Finasteride (oral and topical) both helped but have me sides so I have no options left.

Bimatoprost made it worse and I got a terrible itch from Ket
