In March, I tested my DHT levels before I got on any medication and got this value: 747.67 pg/ml.
I took Dutasteride for a month but saw no improvement in my hair: the bald spot on my crown continued to grow. I tested my DHT again in May: 1110.8 pg/ml.
Dutasteride seemed to have INCREASED my DHT. Since then, I dropped Dutasteride and stuck to Finasteride. I just got the latest result: 590 pg/ml
Normal range: 250 - 990
Is this a level conducive to regrowth? Or is this still too high? Shouldn't finasteride have decreased DHT by 75%? Will my hair continue to suffer? Is there any other treatment I should consider?
