Hello. Do you guys know if DHT Cream goes into the bloodstream or only locally? Thanks

What are you talking about? Topical anti-androgens that inhibt DHT?

If so, yes they are absorbed locally only, although some people COULD have systematic absorption (such is the case with spironolactone, with some people experiencing side effects from it).

He said in plain English that he's talking about "DHT cream". Cream that has DHT in it. You didn't even understand the subject of this thread?? :dunno:

I know there really are such things as DHT creams, but I wasn't sure about the question you were asking (which is why I didn't answer). My strong hunch is that such a cream would be absorbed systemically, since that's what it's used for commercially. If you want to know for sure, ask a doctor (or maybe just a pharmacist) about its absorption characteristics.
