Desiccant Needed for Split Finasterid 5mg Pills?

Where can I get a desiccant to put in my pill container with my cut pills?

Dr. Rassman supposedly claims that moisture weakens the effectiveness of the Finasteride when the coating is broken by cutting the pills into fourths.

Any thoughts?
